Refund Policy

​

Cancellations are fully refundable with the exception of the $4 PayPal/Wix Payments processing fee at least one day before scheduled appointment. To cancel your appointment, you must send an email at CatholicSpiritualDirector@gmail.com with "Cancel Appointment" on the subject line.

50% refundable for same day cancellations at least one hour before scheduled appointment.

​

No refunds for those who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without an emailed notice at least one hour before appointment time. Spiritual Director will attempt to contact directee by phone/video call several times and email if directee has not yet been reached.
