From a distance, pearls look perfect, bright, and round. Up close, real pearls reveal the difficult journey they go through to become their lustrous and beautiful selves. You will see dents, scratches, grooves, spots and even a slightly off-round appearance that show its natural formation which involves scraping against the oyster shell it came from (see picture #3). Is not this process similar to how God forms us in our spiritual lives? We all endure many hardships in our lives, but yet, in faith, we know that God will transform our suffering into something meaningful and beautiful. Just like your pearls!
C A R E ∙ I N S T R U C T I O N S
Your beautiful earrings are delicate and special. To best care for them:
♡ Keep your jewelry dry at *all* times. Do not shower, swim, or get any product (lotions, hair spray, etc.) especially harsh chemicals in contact with these earrings to protect them from tarnish, oxidation, or damage to the gold plating on your hoops.
♡ Store in an air-tight bag when not in use. Any ziplock back will do. This will increase the longevity and shine of your earrings.
♡ Do not wear while sleeping or during sports/physical activities to prevent perspiration from diminishing the luster of your pearls.
♡ Wipe your natural pearl and gold hoop with a soft cloth after *every* use.

H O W ∙ T O ∙ W E A R
Press down gently on the pointed side of your gold hoop earring. Slowly widen the hoop from the inside and carefully thread the pointed side through your ear, then clasp it back onto the hoop. Take care not to rub the ends together to prevent damage of the gold plating.
